This has to be my favorite range over at Purl right now, the top one is sooooo gorgeous, I love the clashy orange and pink.

Its called Globalweave and are embroidered in India for Purl.

This range again from Purl is by Joelle Hoverson, it called Cake Rock Beach.

I love it, Sally Shim has made some beautiful cushions with it.

Stitched Friends

This range of fabrics are from Purl in their Japanese Kokka range.

Totally cute and adorable, I love the trees and leaves.

Akemi Tezuka

This is the fabulous work of Japanese illustrator Akemi Tezuka who I found over at Pict. Here's a link to her fun website. The shop page looks great too, but I don't have the foggiest idea how to order any of it! Has any one seen this lovely stuff for sale in the USA?

Galison

Galison is a really fun online store, you can get hold of some of those old children's classics too.

They have a wonderful holiday selection.

Library of Congress Pictures

There is a huge set of photos from the Library of Congress over at Flickr.

All of these photos are free to use and play with. My faves are ones from the State Fairs.

Asako Masunouchi

Japanese illustrator Asako Masunouchi has a gorgeous website I love her use of pencil crayons.

I found her work over at Pict which have a lovely selection of Japanese illustrators, with other favorites like Cozy Tomato who I blogged about before, they also have a book which you can get here.
