I have another book illustrated by Aliki, (which I will post soon) so I was really pleased to find this one a few weeks ago.
It seems Aliki has a few different styles of illustrating, this style is my favorite.
I love the color combos in this and the story is really cute.

vintage vinyl

I just know you guys are going to love these old vinyl records I found a few weeks ago. I bought a couple of these frames on the way home, framed them up straight away and put them up on my walls, I was instantly happy.
Sorry about the weird angles of the photos, the glass is a bit reflective so I had to stand to one side to get a good picture and I am too impatient to take it at a better time of the day and too lazy to take them out of the frames.
