I first saw these Tiny Buildings a while ago on this post over at Swiss Miss, I forgot all about them and then saw this image on ffffound at the weekend.
Other people have had some fun making their own, so Sharon from Tiny Buildings started a flickr group where you can check them out.

This is a wonderful recycle project to do with your kids. Just use cereal boxes and other food containers (ie.oatmeal contrs, etc.)to make a whole city. Even better if you have small cars to drive thru your town. Its cool to do this with packaging you're used to throwing away. Give it a second life. It doesn't have to be perfect. That's what your imagination is for. Betty
