The Horse Who Liked Sandwiches - written by Vivian L. Thompson illustrated by Aliki.
I have another book illustrated by Aliki, (which I will post soon) so I was really pleased to find this one a few weeks ago.
It seems Aliki has a few different styles of illustrating, this style is my favorite.
I love the color combos in this and the story is really cute.
Looks like there could be a few for sale here.

I hadn't heard of this one-it looks like a keeper! I just bought a version of Johnny Appleseed by Aliki that is quite fun.
Hey there, Lauren from Nathanna here! It's always good to see yet another Aliki book. The book 'Katy's First Day,' that I included in the guest post section a few months back was also illustrated by Aliki. Here illustration style has been a big influence for me.
i was going to mention the johnny appleseed one as well, i love it!
I had (and still do, somewhere) Aliki's "My Visit to the Dinosaurs." There's no telling how many times I read that as a child.
